Right Spot Wellness is seeking a compassionate, professional, and motivated Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing integrative healthcare team. We are a multidisciplinary wellness clinic dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal health through chiropractic care, massage therapy, acupuncture, functional medicine, wellness coaching, and holistic healthcare services.
As a Massage Therapist at Right Spot Wellness, you will work alongside healthcare providers in a collaborative environment focused on pain relief, recovery, mobility, stress reduction, and overall wellness.

Responsibilities
Perform professional therapeutic massage services tailored to individual client needs
Conduct client assessments and maintain accurate treatment notes
Collaborate with chiropractors, nurse practitioners, and other wellness professionals to support patient care plans
Educate clients on self-care, stretching, recovery techniques, and wellness practices
Maintain treatment room, equipment, and supplies according to clinic standards
Adhere to all state and local licensing requirements and professional ethical standards
Support clinic events, community wellness initiatives, and promotional activities when applicable
Preferred Modalities
Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:
Deep Tissue Massage
Swedish Massage
Sports Massage
Prenatal Massage
Trigger Point Therapy
Stretch Therapy
Qualifications
Current Massage Therapy License in the State of Minnesota (or ability to obtain prior to employment)
Graduate of an accredited Massage Therapy program
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for holistic health and patient-centered care
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Current CPR Certification preferred
