Compensation Structure:
We offer a structured compensation model designed to support therapists while they grow:
-Paid training period: hourly pay + tips
-40% commission while building clientele
-45% commission once consistently booked
-50% commission available for high-performing therapists with strong retention and productivity
-Tips and retail commission opportunities in addition to base compensation

Retention Bonus
We value long-term team members and offer:
$250 retention bonus after 3 months
Additional $250 retention bonus after 6 months of successful employment and performance milestones
