Spring has sprung! With the change in season, many people are looking for ways to recommit to their health and wellness. Sometimes this means that people want to set goals and reach them or to take action in a new routine or way of life. Other times, this means following one’s intuition and deciding to be more present in the moment. Here are some common changes that people are making this time of year.

It is important to drink half of our body weight in ounces of water each day as well as get enough nutrient-dense foods in our bodies.

4. Get Enough Sleep.

Get enough sleep. Sleep is very important for us to function optimally and many people do not get enough sleep or quality of sleep. It is valuable to get 7-9 hours of quality and uninterrupted sleep each night. Setting a nightly routine can help aid in the ability to set oneself up for success in this department.

5. Consistent Massage Therapy.

Consistent Massage therapy. Massages have a huge benefit in our lives, both physically as well as mentally. A consistent monthly massage can improve our ability to stay calm in stressful situations and recover from working out or other activity. It is also related to an improved ability with immune system response and decreasing pain. 

6. Reconnect with Others.

Re-connect with others. Social connections are so important and it is actually seen to strengthen our bonds and quality of life to focus on social connections. This means being in the moment and enjoying our loved ones, connecting on a deeper level and enjoying our lives.
